AHS talks on human rights

The Agoura High School chapter of GenUN, the student network for the United Nations, will host a community event Sat., Oct. 14 in the AHS performing arts education center, 28545 Driver Ave.

The chapter supports UNAUSA’s newest campaign, “Stand Up For Someone’s Rights.”

The keynote speaker, State Sen. Henry Stern, will discuss his advocacy for human rights on issues such as DACA and racial equality.
