SB 1504- CYBERBULLING

SB 1504 seeks to require social media platforms to respond compassionately and predictably to each report of cyberbullying by either removing the bullying content or simply explaining why the content is aligned with their platform's policies. The bill will not require the Attorney General on behalf of all Californians to bring enforcement actions and instead allows any person who reports cyberbullying and does not receive a timely response to enforce their own rights.
