SCR 151 to honor Deputy Ryan Clinkunbroomer
Proud to introduce SCR 151 to honor Deputy Ryan Clinkunbroomer who was tragically shot in the line of duty on September 16, 2023. The Legislature designates the Southbound portion of I5 between Magic Mountain Parkway and Valencia Boulevard in the City of Santa Clarita in the County of LA as the Deputy Ryan Clinkunbroomer Memorial Highway.
