Capitol Art Contest Results: Recognizing Artistic Excellence in Senate District 27

Dear Neighbor,

We were blown away by the incredible talent from across Senate District 27 during our Capitol Art Contest! Thank you to every artist who submitted their work. The creativity and passion on display throughout Senate District 27 made this a truly special event.

After much deliberation, Senator Stern has made his final selections. The winning pieces will be featured in both our Capitol and District Offices, on loan through November 2028. We will be reaching out directly to our winners to coordinate the drop-off of their artwork in the coming weeks.

This contest has been a powerful reminder of how art brings our communities together and reflects the vibrant spirit of our district. Although we said we would pick a top 3 with so many entries we kept nine with one honorable mention. Thank you again to everyone who participated. We can't wait to showcase your talent in Sacramento and at home in LA!

Keep it Artsy,
Team Stern
